Fees

Our fees are $500 inc GST per report

If you, as the purchaser, order and pay for a Strata Inspection Report with us but miss out on the property, you'll receive a $50 rebate off your next Strata Report provided by us.

We offer of a fixed fee for our strata reports. This fee simplifies our pricing, eliminating fluctuations caused by strata manager surcharges, while continuing to deliver our same high-quality service.

Timing

Most reports are finished within 1 to 2 days of receiving records, and we’ll keep you updated throughout.

From 1 July 2025, strata managers have up to 3 to 5 working days to provide access. Some are faster, others take the full timeframe. While we wait, our team gets everything ready in the background so the report can be completed quickly once access is granted.

We like to think proactive strata managers understand that prompt access helps their client avoid delays and keeps the sale moving.
