Fee update from 1 November 2026

We are updating our fees from 1 November 2026.

Our standard strata report fee will increase from $500 to $550 including GST.

This is our first standard fee increase since September 2024.

Our other report fees will also be updated:

• Quick Report: $500 including GST, previously $450

• Report update: $200 including GST, previously $150

The new fees apply to orders received from 1 November 2026. Anything already ordered or in progress before then will remain at the current fee.
