Our Evolving Roles at Coastal Strata
If you’ve received an email from us lately, you might have noticed a few small changes in our signatures.
We’ve updated our titles to better reflect how our roles have evolved over time.
It’s not a restructure, just a refresh to match how we already work day to day.
Over the past few months, Kelly has stepped further into a leadership role, taking on more reports, managing workflow, and helping oversee daily operations.
Her new title, Reporting & Operations Lead, reflects the balance between her hands-on report work and her growing role in managing how everything runs.
Suzie and Kylie will now appear as part of the Client Services Team, a title that better captures the professionalism and scope of what they already do each day.
From managing client communication and coordinating reports to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, their work sits at the heart of Coastal Strata’s client experience.
I’ll continue as Managing Director, focusing on strategy, pricing, systems, and supporting the team as we keep improving how we work together.
These new titles simply bring our everyday roles up to date.
